Problem:
Redlands Community Hospital needed to rebrand itself as an independent, not-for-profit community hospital that serves their community. They launched an image campaign that focused on all their Centers of Excellence and created a new look for future campaigns.
Insight/Strategy:
Redlands Community Hospital wanted to continue their vision of “Caring for Generations” by highlighting their quality customer service and care and marketing the product lines that are accessible to the community. This included expanding healthcare to meet the needs of the community by promoting their Maternal/Child Services – a family friendly place where the whole family can participate in the birth of their child. NICU – a warm and caring unit equipped to handle a newborn requiring immediate intensive care treatment. Surgical Services – a place with all the latest technology where consumers have access to a comprehensive number of surgical services.
Results:
The new highly memorable look integrated a rebranding media campaign to enhance Redlands Community Hospital’s image by focusing on their evolving products and services. They became one of the region’s primary healthcare providers that continues to offer greater access to quality healthcare.
