Problem:
Desert Regional Medical Center had experienced a shortage of nurses and was seeking to fill many nursing positions by recruiting qualified nurses to the world-famous resort community of Palm Springs where the hospital is located.
Insight/ Strategy:
To recruit nurses from all over the United States, especially those living in cities with cooler weather such as Detroit and Chicago, and inform them of both their generous benefits package and their location in the warm, world-famous resort community of Palm Springs, California.
Results:
This Nurse Recruitment Campaign successfully brought in many new hires to sunny Southern California from across the nation filling the majority of nursing positions at Desert Regional Hospital.
